Location and Approach
From Rothbury town: Cross the river Coquet, taking a right turn and then another at a t-junction. Follow this road for 2 miles to a left turn signposted for a Forestry Comission car park. Follow the road and turn right to park in the car park. Follow instructions as for Simonside, passing under the crag and bearing right at a fork. When the path ends, cross a fence and walk straight across the moor to reach the crag.
Public Transport: You can cycle out of Rothbury if you are very fit.
