Corby's Crag
Area Description
A nice little venue with roadside access, ideal on a warm summer's evening. Sadly the top of the crag has been damaged by careless top-roping and if you are into that stuff please go elsewhere (preferably out of Northumberland please). Particlularly worth mentioning are the excellent eliminates and traverses around the Sunshine Superman area.

Location and Approach
From the A697 Morpeth to Wooler road: Turn off towards Alnwick on the B6342 at crossroads and drive for 3 miles passing Edlingham on your right. After a steep uphill climb, park in one of two tarmac lay-bys. Apply the brakes! The crag is directly beneath you.
From the A1 at Alnwick: Turn off the A1 for Alnwick and follow signs for the town centre. Take the A697 turning towards Rothbury and follow this for 4 miles until the parking is reached on your right.
Public Transport: Fairly unrealistic: buses to Alnwick and walk for a couple of hours.
